As the Owner and Founder of Prime Appraisal, I have spent 25 years weathering every market the South Shore has seen — the booms, the downturns, and everything in between. During that time, I have walked through thousands of homes, analyzed market data under scrutiny, and produced valuations so thoroughly supported that in 25 years, not one has ever been contested — not in attorneys' offices, not in estate settlements, not in divorce proceedings where the number has to be right. Agents, attorneys, and families have relied on my expertise when accuracy was not optional. That experience doesn't disappear when I step into a transaction as your REALTOR®. It becomes your advantage.
Becoming a licensed REALTOR® was a natural completion — not a career change. Today I offer something fewer than 2% of real estate professionals in the country can: accurate valuation, strategic pricing, and expert negotiation, all from one partner who has spent a quarter century understanding exactly what homes are worth and why.
I specialize in the transactions that demand the most — probate and estate sales, divorce-related real estate, and 203k renovation loans. Having appraised for divorces and estates countless times, I understand the legal sensitivities, the emotional weight, and the absolute importance of an accurate, defensible number. These families deserve precision and care in equal measure, and that is exactly what I bring.
I also know what it means to fight for someone who is counting on you. As a parent who has spent more than 30 years advocating for a child with special needs — navigating complex systems, pushing back when necessary, and never backing down — I bring that same tenacity to every client relationship. I volunteer with a human rights committee serving the special needs community, and I am a committed supporter of transracial adoption and the families built across cultural and racial lines.
